Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with ICS Canada and The Sweat Shop. We take great pride in creating high-quality, custom embroidered products. Because each item is made to order, our return and exchange policy differs from standard retail purchases.

Custom Orders

All custom embroidered products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes any items with personalized names, logos, designs, or special colour selections.
• Please carefully review all design proofs, spelling, and sizing information before approving your order, if applicable.
• Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Defects or Errors

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or if we made an error (e.g., incorrect thread colour, wrong design, or misspelling not matching your approved proof), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Email sales@thesweatshops.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
• If the error is ours, we’ll replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

Shipping Damage

If your order was damaged in transit, notify us within 3 days of delivery. Keep all packaging, and we’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the claim.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Custom embroidered or printed items

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not started. After that, cancellations are not guaranteed and may incur a restocking or design fee.
